Oyate Concern is a donor-funded ministry. We are a 501c3 organization, and receive no state or federal funding. As a Christian ministry in an impoverished community, we provide food, education, and pastoral counseling, as well as the spiritual light and love of a church that makes disciples on a multi-generational level. As a missional agency of the body of Christ, we are grateful for how God connects us to churches, individuals, and families who feel a burden to partner with us in ministry.

Where do donations go?

Donations to Oyate Concern go into the ministry’s general budget. Separate donations can be made to a specific staff member, to the indigenous leaders fund, or to Oyate Concern Christian School. Please indicate when you are making a donation if you wish to designate it specifically.

Are Donations Tax Deductible?

Donations are tax deductible, and receipts are sent in January for donations made the previous year. In-kind receipts can be made upon request for physical items donated (or professional services rendered).
